Dear customers and business partners,

In May 2016, with a change of the ownership structure we combined the forces with the company ISMM Production & Business Cooperation Ltd. in order to increase competitiveness in the area of wagon components production for public transportation and to expand our production capacity into the area of agricultural, automotive and handling machinery. Our goal is to offer our current customers in the area of wagon components more superior production in accordance with valid certifications and licenses with the emphasis on the development of strategic cooperation with companies IFE-CR, a.s, and DOPP Trade CZ Ltd.

We have also started to contribute with our manufacturing capacity to the manufacturing program of the company ISMM Production & Business Cooperation Ltd. for parts, weldments and units for agricultural, automotive and handling machinery. Due to this connection, the company EGAS Ltd. was renamed ISMM & EGAS Ltd.., keeping the current VAT and TAX ID and all certificates and licenses also staying valid. The headquarters of company was administratively changed from the original address Studénka, 2. května 309 to the current premises at Pustějov 285, 742 43, with the same telephone numbers.

We believe that all these changes will add to the satisfaction of our customers and our business partners.
